You’ll see Spotlight On programs airing in-between popular shows. Topics are in a broad range of areas such as: travel, food, health, education, environment, finance, technology, animals, etc. Public Television Stations broadcast Spotlight On programs daily.

Organizations such as Aetna, H & R Block, Consumer Reports, Kodak, the Council for Economic Education, NASA, National Institutes of Health, Schering-Plough, Adventures By Disney, Owens Corning and many more have all underwritten programs featuring their important issues!
Spotlight On is the ONLY public awareness program that contractually guarantees a minimum of 500+ airings nationwide (historically 40% - 60% during prime time) to a minimum of 3,000,000 Public television viewers, complete with a Public Television Stations Audience Report ... (and we ALWAYS well exceed both of these minimums).
Underwriters receive this Stations Audience Audit Report of confirmed airings. This report shows each Public Television affiliate that airs your show, how many times it was broadcast, total number of viewers, prime time / non-primetime, marketshare, etc. We are the only such program that issues a confirmed station monitoring report.
Programs are developed in conjunction with the underwriter to ensure content & technical accuracy. The underwriter is given complete script and program approval rights.
Spotlight On programs are distributed via satellite access feed in Washington, D.C.
There is a one time underwriting fee which includes all costs . . . scripting, pre-and-post Production, travel to any location in the United States for filming, mastering, Public Television satellite uplink, video compressions, Broadcast Audit Reports -- everything. You may wish to feature the show on your website, at events, trade shows, on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube. There are no additional charges. You OWN the video.
In addition to broadcast, we have painstakingly refined a technique of extremely high-quality video compression offering Underwriters the option of putting their Spotlight On programs on their website for additional exposure. We offer the same high quality compressions as seen on major motion picture studios.
We use various compressions to make sure your video can be used on Social Media, Blogging, Tweeting, Messaging, YouTube HD,Vimeo, or good old fashioned email - all can be enhanced when we prepare your program for internet distribution.
Although most programs continue airing for a year or longer, the monitoring period is the first 3 months of broadcast; actual total viewership is far greater than the guaranteed minimums.
